Using our assessment tool, The Garden of Care, we will assess your loved one after we review your application. Once determined, and approved by you, you will be charged every 2 weeks. These dates will coincide with the dates set out by Self Family Managed care to make it easier for those on this program.

 

Note:

• As your loved one's health declines, the cost for care may increase.

• If your loved one is hospitalized while living in one of our homes, they will continue to be invoiced for the care.

• If your loved one passes away part way through the month while living in one of our homes, they will continue to be invoiced for care through to the end of the month.
